Take Our Courses for High School Credit
Push The Sound provides a hands-on curriculum (including video tutorials and assignments/solutions), with courses culminating in a final song project. The program has been built to meet music competency standards for students who wish to petition their high schools for credit upon completing our coursework. Our approach encourages individual creativity in the musical style(s) of the students' choosing.
As the production programs utilized in the first course are browser-based, the only requirement for students is a computer and an internet connection. The program is meant to be accessible to anyone who has an interest in music and all of the possibilities music production has to offer, regardless of formal music training/background.
We provide students, on request, the information and details they would need to petition their schools for credit. The courses are taught by an international team of music producers releasing music on some of the most highly-regarded independent labels around.
We're here to help students and families in the uncertain educational landscape, providing students with a way to remain creative and learn skills they can immediately apply.Schedule a Meeting With Us
Introduction to Music Production
This course is designed to give you a strong foundation in the concepts of music production and culminates in the creation of your own completed song. Your first course can be completed with just a computer, internet connection and a decent pair of headphones. Our team of instructors will guide you in building strong production skills while allowing you to exhibit your own unique style in your music.
